- Preheat oven to 200C convection
- Cook eggs in water to taste
- Wash and peel sweet potato, cut into thin slices
- Bake sweet potato slices for 10min, then flip and bake for another 10min
- Heat tortillas in the oven for about 5min
- Cut salad, eggs and cucumber and feta into thin slices
- Combine Tahin, olive oil and all spices
- Add all ingredients to the tortillas and wrap them up
