Sweet Potato Wraps

  1. Preheat oven to 200C convection
  2. Cook eggs in water to taste
  3. Wash and peel sweet potato, cut into thin slices
  4. Bake sweet potato slices for 10min, then flip and bake for another 10min
  5. Heat tortillas in the oven for about 5min
  6. Cut salad, eggs and cucumber and feta into thin slices
  7. Combine Tahin, olive oil and all spices
  8. Add all ingredients to the tortillas and wrap them up
