Spinach-Tomato Pasta

Creamed Spinac
(alternatively use
Vegan creamed spinach

creme fraiche

cream cheese (1)

lemon juice

cherry tomatoes
- 50
ml
milk (optional)
- 1

salt or to taste
- 1

pepper or to taste
- 1
tsp
italian herbs or to taste
- 1
Tbsp
olive oil for frying
- Cook pasta according to package instructions
- Dice onion, mince garlic and half tomatoes
- Sautee onion in olive oil until transparent
- Add garlic, sautee for at most 1min
- Add spinach, creme fraiche and creme chese, mix well
- Simmer for 5min, add milk if the consistency is too thick
- Season to taste, add pasta
