Croquette Casserole

  1. Fry meat in a pan, season with spices
  2. Preheat oven to 180C upper/lower
  3. Combine meat with other ingredients (except cheese and croquettes) and mix well
  4. Mix in half of the cheese
  5. Add half of the mix to a casserole pan
  6. Place croquettes into the casserole pan and top with remaining mixture
  7. Top with remaining cheese and bake for about 25min

(1) For a vegetarian version, use tofu. In that case, add some tomato paste, soy sauce and Meat spice mix while frying
(2) Use kidney, black or white beans. Or alternatively use vegetables such as broccoli, cauliflower or zucchini
