Croquettes

  1. Peel potatoes
  2. Cook potatoes and let them cool down
  3. Mash potatoes
  4. Mix potatoes with egg yellows, add spices and knead into dough
  5. Roll dough into about 3cm thick roll and cut off 5-10cm long tubes
  6. Bread the croquettes with flour, egg and bread crumbs (in that order)
  7. Fry in oil.
