oil for frying
- Peel potatoes
- Cook potatoes and let them cool down
- Mash potatoes
- Mix potatoes with egg yellows, add spices and knead into dough
- Roll dough into about 3cm thick roll and cut off 5-10cm long tubes
- Bread the croquettes with flour, egg and bread crumbs (in that order)
- Fry in oil.
