vegetable oil for frying
- Dice carrot, onion and mince garlic
- Sautee onion for 3-5min until transparent, add garlic and contiune for 30s
- Add carrot and fry until browning
- Add tomato paste, paprika, cumin, salt and chilipowder, and fry for 30s
- Add beans, mix well and remove from heat
- Puree bean mix and spread on tortillas
- Fry tortillas from both sides and roll up
