Black Bean Wraps

  1. Dice carrot, onion and mince garlic
  2. Sautee onion for 3-5min until transparent, add garlic and contiune for 30s
  3. Add carrot and fry until browning
  4. Add tomato paste, paprika, cumin, salt and chilipowder, and fry for 30s
  5. Add beans, mix well and remove from heat
  6. Puree bean mix and spread on tortillas
  7. Fry tortillas from both sides and roll up
