Vegan Spaetzle

Tbsp
tumeric
- Combine all ingredients and mix into a smooth batter
- Heat up salted water in a pot
- Once boiling, use a spaetzle maker or cutting board to drop noodles into the hot water
- Remove spaetzle from water once they float at the top and rinse under cold water
