Vegan Meatballs

vegetable oil for pan frying
- Combine all ingredients (except the oil) in a mixer and mix until smooth (1)
- Separate the created dough into about 15 balls
- Preheat oven to 200C convection
- Pan-fry in oil for 6-8min, until browned on the outside
- Bake for 20min

(1) Mixing can be stopped early, so the meatballs will be more chunky
