Vegan Meatballs

  1. Combine all ingredients (except the oil) in a mixer and mix until smooth (1)
  2. Separate the created dough into about 15 balls
  3. Preheat oven to 200C convection
  4. Pan-fry in oil for 6-8min, until browned on the outside
  5. Bake for 20min

Notes

(1) Mixing can be stopped early, so the meatballs will be more chunky
