Vegan Gyros

  1. Cook soy chunks in broth, drain well and let cool down
  2. Mix spices, soy sauce and tomato puree to a marinade and mix well with the chunks
  3. Rest for at least 15 min
  4. Chop onion and garlic
  5. Fry soy chunks with onion at high heat, add garlic about 30s before removing from heat
