- Cook soy chunks in broth, drain well and let cool down
- Mix spices, soy sauce and tomato puree to a marinade and mix well with the chunks
- Rest for at least 15 min
- Chop onion and garlic
- Fry soy chunks with onion at high heat, add garlic about 30s before removing from heat
