Tofu Katsu

Batter

  • 80 ml soy (or other) milk
  • 40 g flour
  • 1 Tbsp corn starch
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  1. Cut tofu into thin sheets and press out as much water as possible.
  2. Mix ingredients for batter
  3. Dip tofu in batter, then roll in panko
  4. Pan-Fry breaded tofu until golden brown
