Teriyaki Sauce

  1. Mince garlic and ginger
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well
  3. Bring sauce to a boil, then simmer until it thickens
  4. Remove from heat and let cool down

Notes

By reducing soy sauce and rice vinegar and adding some vegetable oil, this can also be used as a marinade or glaze
