chili peppers (any kind or mixed)

cloves garlic

rice vinegar

sugar
- 1
tsp
salt
- Chop chilis and garlic
- Combine all ingredients in a pot, bring to a boil
- Simmer for 10-15min, remove from heat
- Add to a food processor and blend until smooth
