Springroll Wrapper

  1. Mix flour, starch and salt
  2. Slowly stir in water until reaching a smooth batter (1)
  3. In a pan on medium heat, spread 2-3 Tbsp batter as thinly as possible and fry until it hardens

Notes

(1) depending on the flour, more water might be needed
After adding fillings, bake for 20-22min at 180C convection, or deepfry.
A good simple filling consists of various vegetables pan-fried in soy sauce and rice vinegar
