Spice Mix

Kardamom
- Mix butter, sugar and egg and mix until foamy
- Combine all spices for the spice mix, add lemon zest and powdered almonds and mix with egg mixture
- Sieve flour and baking powder together and fold into the batter
- Roll out dough and cut into small portions (preferrably using a speculo form) and top with sliced almonds
- Let rest for 30min in the fridge and preheat oven to 180C upper lower
- Bake for about 10min and let fully cool down
