Spaetzle
- 500
g
flour
- 6
eggs
- 150
ml
(or less) milk
- 1
tsp
salt
- Mix all ingredients to a thick batter (1)
- Cook water
- Once water is cooking, use spaetlze board or grater to add dough into it
- Let the spaetzle cook until they float on the surface
- Remove spaetzle from the water and shower with cold water before serving.
Notes
(1) When making the batter, make sure to use very little milk. If it is runny, add more flour or eggs.
The final batter should be as thick as honey
