- Preheat oven to 200C convection (or 220 upper lower)
- Peel potatoes and grate them
- Press out water from the grated potatoes
- Mince onion and sautee until transparent
- Add ham and fry until crisp
- Butter casserole form
- Combine onion, ham and potatoes in casserole form
- Mix topping ingredients, season and cover the potato mix
- Crack eggs over the topping
- Bake fo 30 mins
