Ravioli

eggs
- 3
egg yellows

any filling (1)
- Combine all ingredients except filling and knead into smooth dough, at least 10min
- Let rest for 30 mins
- Roll out dough and cut into small square
- Add filling on top of half of the squares, cover them with the remaining half
- Press together the two squares on the sides to create a closed pocked
- Cook ravioli in salted water for 3-5min, until they rise to the surface

(1) for fillings, usually use seasoned (anf cooked) minced meat, cheese mixture or spinach with cream cheese
