Ravioli

  1. Combine all ingredients except filling and knead into smooth dough, at least 10min
  2. Let rest for 30 mins
  3. Roll out dough and cut into small square
  4. Add filling on top of half of the squares, cover them with the remaining half
  5. Press together the two squares on the sides to create a closed pocked
  6. Cook ravioli in salted water for 3-5min, until they rise to the surface

Notes

(1) for fillings, usually use seasoned (anf cooked) minced meat, cheese mixture or spinach with cream cheese
