Potato Pancake

flour
- 60

butter
- 1
tsp
salt or to taste
- 1
tsp
nutmeg or to taste
- Wash and peel potatoes
- Grate potatoes and press out water
- Mix potatoes with egg, flour, salt and nutmeg
- Take balls of about 10cm diameter and flatten them
- Fry each pancake for 4-5min per side in butter, pat dry with kitchen towel
