Potato Knoedel

olive oil

majoram
- 3
tsp
nutmeg
- 1
tsp
salt or to taste
- 1
Tbsp
pepper or to taste
- Wash, peel and cook potatoes, let fully cool down
- Dice onion and sautee in olive oil until transparent
- Puree potatoes and knead all ingredients into a dough
- Form dough into balls of about 15-20cm in diameter
- Cook in hot water until the knoedels swim on top
