Potato Knoedel

  1. Wash, peel and cook potatoes, let fully cool down
  2. Dice onion and sautee in olive oil until transparent
  3. Puree potatoes and knead all ingredients into a dough
  4. Form dough into balls of about 15-20cm in diameter
  5. Cook in hot water until the knoedels swim on top
