Potato Broccoli Casserole

butter

flour

Tbsp
yeast flakes (1)
- Preheat oven to 180C convection
- Peel and cube potatoes
- Cook broccoli for 2min, then cut into small flowers
- Combine all remaining ingredients (except topping) into a sauce
- Put potatoes and broccoli into casserole form and cover with sauce
- Melt butter in pan add flour and yeast flakes while stirring
- Top the casserole with butter-flour mix
- Bake for 45min
Notes
(1) alternatively use bread crumbs
Instead of flour, butter and yeast flakes, you can just simply use cheese instead
