Potato Broccoli Casserole

Topping

  • 100 g butter
  • 3 Tbsp flour
  • 6 Tbsp yeast flakes (1)
  1. Preheat oven to 180C convection
  2. Peel and cube potatoes
  3. Cook broccoli for 2min, then cut into small flowers
  4. Combine all remaining ingredients (except topping) into a sauce
  5. Put potatoes and broccoli into casserole form and cover with sauce
  6. Melt butter in pan add flour and yeast flakes while stirring
  7. Top the casserole with butter-flour mix
  8. Bake for 45min

Notes

(1) alternatively use bread crumbs
Instead of flour, butter and yeast flakes, you can just simply use cheese instead
