Popsicles

Yoghurt-Berry Popsicles

  • 250 g berries
  • 2 Tbsp honey or sugar
  • 250 g yoghurt
  • 0.5 Tbsp vanilla sugar (optional)

Lemon-Coconut Popsicles

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 60 ml lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp lemon zest
  • 60 g honey or sugar

Banana-Spinach Popsicles

  • 360 ml milk
  • 250 g fresh spinach
  • 60 g honey or sugar
  • 2 bananas
  1. For each kind of popsicle, add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth (1)
  2. Pour into popsicle form and freeze until solid
