grated Mozzarella

tomato sauce
- Preheat oven to 220C convection (240C upper/lower)
- Roll out pizza dough to about 0.5cm
- Spread tomato sauce on dough, add spices and salami
- Cut dough into long strips and roll strips into spirals (2)
- Bake for 10-12min
Notes
(1) can be replaced with other fillings, like ham, pepperoni, etc.
(2) Alternatively, roll up the entire dough and then cut into slices
