Pea Stew

  1. Dice onion, potatoes, carrots, celery and mince garlic
  2. Saute onions for 3-5min in oil
  3. Add garlic and continue sauteeing for 30s
  4. Add potatoes, carrots, celery and herbs, braise for 1min, then add vegetable broth
  5. Mix cream and starch in a separate bowl
  6. Cook until vegetables are done, then add cream and wine
  7. Add peas and let simmer for another 5min (1)
  8. Season to taste

Notes

(1) If not using precooked peas, add them once the broth has been added so they can finish cooking
