Pancake

Batter

  • 5 eggs
  • 500 ml milk
  • 500 g flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 50 ml sparkling water (optional)
  1. Combine all batter ingredients and stir until a smooth batter comes together
  2. Melt butter in a pan and add one ladle of batter
  3. Fry until slightly brown on the bottom then flip and repeat
  4. Repeat for the remaining dough
