milk
- 500

flour
- 1
tsp
salt
- 50
ml
sparkling water (optional)
- Combine all batter ingredients and stir until a smooth batter comes together
- Melt butter in a pan and add one ladle of batter
- Fry until slightly brown on the bottom then flip and repeat
- Repeat for the remaining dough
