Marzipan

powdered sugar

neutral oil
- Combine all marzipan ingredients in a saucepan and heat up while stirring until smooth
- Let fully cool down and form into small spheres about 1-2cm in diameter
- Mix remaining ingredients and knead into a smooth dough
- Preheat oven to 170C upper/lower
- Roll out dough to at most 1cm and cut into circles 2-3cm in diameter
- Place one marzipan ball on each circle and form into a pyramid
- Bake for 10-15min
