Marzipan

  • 125 g powdered almonds
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tsp neutral oil
  1. Combine all marzipan ingredients in a saucepan and heat up while stirring until smooth
  2. Let fully cool down and form into small spheres about 1-2cm in diameter
  3. Mix remaining ingredients and knead into a smooth dough
  4. Preheat oven to 170C upper/lower
  5. Roll out dough to at most 1cm and cut into circles 2-3cm in diameter
  6. Place one marzipan ball on each circle and form into a pyramid
  7. Bake for 10-15min
