Milk Rolls

  1. Dissolve yeast in milk, add sugar and salt
  2. Stir in butter and combine with flour and knead into a smooth dough
  3. Rest for about an hour until the volume doubles
  4. Separate dough into about 10 pieces (80g each) and form into rolls
  5. Place rolls onto a baking sheet, score and rest for another half an hour
  6. Preheat oven to 180C upper/lower
  7. Brush rolls with milk and bake for about 20min
