Milk Rolls

dry yeast
- Dissolve yeast in milk, add sugar and salt
- Stir in butter and combine with flour and knead into a smooth dough
- Rest for about an hour until the volume doubles
- Separate dough into about 10 pieces (80g each) and form into rolls
- Place rolls onto a baking sheet, score and rest for another half an hour
- Preheat oven to 180C upper/lower
- Brush rolls with milk and bake for about 20min
