Mayo Potato Salad

potatoes (1)
- 1
red onion
- 200
g
mayonaise
- 100
g
pickles
- 10
g
chives
- 1
tsp
salt or to taste
- 1
Tbsp
pepper or to taste
- 1
apple (optional)
- Cook potatoes, then peel and cut into thin slices
- Dice onions, pickes and apple
- Combine mayo, chives, salt and pepper to sauce
- Mix all ingredients together and rest in the fridge for at least an hour
