- Bake fish sticks according to package instructions
- Mince garlic, dice onion and cut maultaschen into slices
- Sautee onion until transparent, add garlic and continue sauteeing for 30s
- Add maultaschen and fry until brown, then add egg
- Continue frying until the egg is done
- Add two fish sticks to each bun, then top with 1/6 of the maultaschen
- Add sauces on top
