Maultaschen Fishstick Burger

  1. Bake fish sticks according to package instructions
  2. Mince garlic, dice onion and cut maultaschen into slices
  3. Sautee onion until transparent, add garlic and continue sauteeing for 30s
  4. Add maultaschen and fry until brown, then add egg
  5. Continue frying until the egg is done
  6. Add two fish sticks to each bun, then top with 1/6 of the maultaschen
  7. Add sauces on top
