Maultaschen Casserole

  1. Preheat oven to 180C convection (200C upper/lower)
  2. Cook broccoli and cut into small flowers after cooling down
  3. Cut bell peppers and maultaschen into small pieces (2-5cm), mince garlic
  4. Combine Cream, about 100g of cheese, garlic and spices, mix well
  5. Add broccoli, peppers, maultaschen and sauce into casserole pan and mix well
  6. Top with remaining cheese
  7. Bake 20-30mins

Notes

Broccoli can be replaced with other vegetables, extras can easily be added.

* Spinach
