Italian herb mix

pepper or to taste
- Preheat oven to 180C convection (200C upper/lower)
- Cook broccoli and cut into small flowers after cooling down
- Cut bell peppers and maultaschen into small pieces (2-5cm), mince garlic
- Combine Cream, about 100g of cheese, garlic and spices, mix well
- Add broccoli, peppers, maultaschen and sauce into casserole pan and mix well
- Top with remaining cheese
- Bake 20-30mins
Notes
Broccoli can be replaced with other vegetables, extras can easily be added.
