Mantou Buns

  1. Add sugar and yeast to water and combine
  2. Add flour and mix well, then add oil and knead into a smooth dough
  3. Roll out dough into a sausage and cut into four pieces
  4. Place buns into steamer and let rest for 30-60min
  5. Heat water in a wok/pot until it starts steaming then reduce heat
  6. Place steamer on the wok and steam for 13min
