Mantou Buns

netural oil
- Add sugar and yeast to water and combine
- Add flour and mix well, then add oil and knead into a smooth dough
- Roll out dough into a sausage and cut into four pieces
- Place buns into steamer and let rest for 30-60min
- Heat water in a wok/pot until it starts steaming then reduce heat
- Place steamer on the wok and steam for 13min
