Lye

- Combine all dough ingredients and knead into a smooth dough
- Let dough rest until volume doubled
- Mix lye ingredients
- Separate dough into about 12 equal size pieces and form them into bread rolls
- Dunk each roll into lye for about 30s
- Let rolls rest on a baking tray for another 30min
- Preheat oven to 220C convection
- Bake for about 15min
