Liege Waffles

  1. Combine all ingredients except flour, butter and powdered sugar, mix until smooth
  2. Slowly mix in flour, keep about 50g left over, then add butter
  3. Add remaining flour and knead dough for about 5min
  4. Let rest for at least 2h at room temperature, then over night in fridge
  5. Knead in sugar, then bake in waffle iron
