powdered sugar
- Combine all ingredients except flour, butter and powdered sugar, mix until smooth
- Slowly mix in flour, keep about 50g left over, then add butter
- Add remaining flour and knead dough for about 5min
- Let rest for at least 2h at room temperature, then over night in fridge
- Knead in sugar, then bake in waffle iron
