Lentil Loaf

- Soak lentils over night
- Preheat oven to 180C convection (200 upper/lower)
- Cook lentils, grind flax seeds and dice carrot, onion and mushrooms
- Combine all ingredients except jam and ketchup in a mixer and mix together, then season with salt and pepper (1)
- Form the mass into a loaf or put into baking form
- Bake for 30min
- Mix ketchup and jam and spread on the loaf
- Bake for another 20min
- Cool down for 15min

(1) Can be mixed to any consistency, but make sure the final mixture can be formed into a loaf
