Marinade

water
- Cut tofu into 2cm thick slices and press water out
- mince garlic, chili and spring onion
- Mix all ingredients for the marinade
- Fry Tofu in a pan until slightly brown
- Add marinade and let simmer on low heat
- Once most of the marinate has been absorbed, remove from heat and garnish with spring onion
