Knoedels

  1. Rip rolls into small pieces and soak in milk for at least 10min (the longer the better)
  2. Dice onion and sautee in oil until transparent
  3. Mince parsley and add to onion, sautee for another 30s-1min
  4. Combine all ingredients and knead until smooth
  5. Form dough into balls of 10-15cm diameter
  6. Cook knoedels in water until they float to the top
