old bread rolls

milk

vegetable oil

onion

parsley
- 1

salt
- 0.5
tsp
nutmeg
- Rip rolls into small pieces and soak in milk for at least 10min (the longer the better)
- Dice onion and sautee in oil until transparent
- Mince parsley and add to onion, sautee for another 30s-1min
- Combine all ingredients and knead until smooth
- Form dough into balls of 10-15cm diameter
- Cook knoedels in water until they float to the top
