Kebab Spice Mix

• 4 tsp paprika powder, spicy
• 1 tsp paprika powder, sweet (1)
• 1 tsp pul biber, or more to taste
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp garlic powder (2)
• 2 tsp Koriander
• 1 tsp Cumin
• 1 tsp Marojam
• 1 tsp Satureja (Bohnenkraut) (3)
• 2 tsp Cayenne pepper, or more to taste
• 2 tsp Pul biber (or more cayenne pepper)
• 0.5 tsp oregano
• 0.5 tsp onion powder optional

1. Mix all spices together

Notes

(1) optionally add smoked paprika powder as well, especially when using vegan meat substitute.
(2) for marinade, crushed garlic also works well
(3) can be replaced by thyme
To use this for marinading kebab meat, add tomato paste, soy sauce and olive or a neutral vegetable oil.
