Hollandaise Lye Rolls

• 6 Lye roll sticks
• 2 onions
• 200 g ham cubes
• 200 g cheese

1. Preheat oven to 190C convection
2. Cut open the rolls and spread them on a baking sheet
3. Spread the Hollandaise on the rolls
4. Top with ham and onion, then with cheese
5. Bake for 15min
