Hashbrowns

  1. Grate potatose and place in a bowl filled with cold water.
  2. Stir until water is cloudy, drain them then repeat
  3. Squeeze out any remaining moisture
  4. Heat butter in a pan
  5. Spread potato in the pan, season with spices
  6. Cook until browned on both sides, about 5min per side

Notes

To add fillings, wrap the potato around it then cook on each side
