Hashbrowns

small potatoes

butter
- 1
tsp
cayenne pepper or to taste
- 1

paprika powder or to taste
- 1

salt or to taste
- 1

pepper or to taste
- Grate potatose and place in a bowl filled with cold water.
- Stir until water is cloudy, drain them then repeat
- Squeeze out any remaining moisture
- Heat butter in a pan
- Spread potato in the pan, season with spices
- Cook until browned on both sides, about 5min per side
Notes
To add fillings, wrap the potato around it then cook on each side
