Gnocchi-Chicken Soup

  1. Wash, peel and dice onion, celery, potato, garlic and carrots
  2. Sautee onion for 3min, add celery and continue for another 3min
  3. Add garlic and continue for 1min
  4. Add potatoes, spices and broth
  5. Cook for 20-25min, until the potatoes are soft
  6. Use a handmixer to mash some of the potatoes (optional, increases thickness)
  7. Add milk and simmer for another 10min
  8. Cook gnocchi and pan-fry chicken
  9. Add gnocchi and chicken to soup and simmer for another 5min
  10. Optionally add additional seasoning
