- Wash, peel and dice onion, celery, potato, garlic and carrots
- Sautee onion for 3min, add celery and continue for another 3min
- Add garlic and continue for 1min
- Add potatoes, spices and broth
- Cook for 20-25min, until the potatoes are soft
- Use a handmixer to mash some of the potatoes (optional, increases thickness)
- Add milk and simmer for another 10min
- Cook gnocchi and pan-fry chicken
- Add gnocchi and chicken to soup and simmer for another 5min
- Optionally add additional seasoning
