Gingerbread Spice

• 30 g cinnamon
• 10 g cloves
• 6 g ginger
• 4 g kardamom
• 4 g nutmeg
• 4 g pimento
• 2 g koriander
• 2 g anise

1. Use a pestle and mortar to grind all spices
2. Combine all spices
