Garlic Knots

Pizza Dough
- 5
Tbsp
butter
- 3
cloves of garlic (1)
- 1
Tbsp
Oregano
- 1
Tbsp
parsley
- 3
Tbsp
grated Parmesan
- Preheat oven to 200C convection (220C upper/lower)
- Puree garlic and combine with parsley, oregano and parmesan
- Roll out pizza dough and top with garlic mixture (leave 2-3 Tbsp over)
- Cut dough into 12 strips and knot them
- Bake for 10-12min
- Spread remaining garlic mixture on the knots
