Garlic Knots

  1. Preheat oven to 200C convection (220C upper/lower)
  2. Puree garlic and combine with parsley, oregano and parmesan
  3. Roll out pizza dough and top with garlic mixture (leave 2-3 Tbsp over)
  4. Cut dough into 12 strips and knot them
  5. Bake for 10-12min
  6. Spread remaining garlic mixture on the knots

Notes

(1) more garlic is even better
