Mayonnaise

cloves garlic, or more to taste
- 0.5
lemons juiced
- 0.5

sugar (1)
- 2
tsp
dill
- 3
tsp
parsley
- 1
Tbsp
olive oil
- 1
tsp
salt or to taste
- 1
Tbsp
pepper or to taste
- peel and crush garlic into a paste
- Combine all ingredients, mix well
Notes
For more intense taste, leave in fridge over night.
(1) carefully add sugar, very little at a time. Stop before the sauce gets too sweet
