Fried Noodles with Tofu and Peanut Sauce

Sauce

peanut butter

sesame oil

soy sauce

rice vinegar

Paprika or tomato paste
- 1
clove garlic
- 2

fresh ginger
- Cook noodles according to package instructions
- Mince Garlic, ginger and spring onions
- Cut Tofu into cubes
- Fry Tofu in oil until crisp
- Mix all sauce ingredients
- add half of sauce to tofu
- saute until sauce is evaporated
- Combine noodles, tofu and spring onions in a pot and heat up.
- Garnish with spring onions and peanuts
Notes
(1) Use Wok noodles or similar.
(2) alternatively use chunky peanut butter
(3) alternatively use fresh chilis in mortar
