Filled Pretzels

  1. Preheat oven to 170C upper/lower
  2. Beat egg, dice leek and ham
  3. Combine all ingredients except grated cheese and pretzels, season to taste
  4. Divide filling among the pretzels, top with the cheese
  5. Bake for 15-20min
