Filled Mushrooms

Champignons

cream cheese
- 100

grated cheese
- 1
Tbsp
oregano
- 1
tsp
salt or to taste
- 1
Tbsp
pepper or to taste
- 1

chili powder (optional)
- Combine all ingredients except the mushrooms and mix well
- Remove mushroom stems and fill them with the cream cheese mixture (1)
- Put on a grill or fry in a pan until the mushrooms are soft
Notes
(1) Depending on how well the stems come out, there might be little room for the cream.
In that case, the mushrooms can be hollowed out a bit more with a knife .
