Egg Salad

chives

Parsley
- 1
tsp
garlic powder
- 2
spring onions or 1 red onion (optional)
- 1
tsp
paprika powder (optional)
- 1
tsp
salt or to taste
- 1
Tbsp
pepper or to taste
- Boil eggs for 10-12min until hard
- Let the eggs cool down, peel and cube
- Chop onion, chives and parsley, and mix with the remaining ingredients, season to taste
- Mix dressing with eggs
