Creamy Tomato Soup

diced tomatoes

vegetable broth

italian herbs

fresh basil

salt or to taste

pepper or to taste

cream (optional)
- Dice onion, saute in butter and oil for 5-7min
- Mince garlic, add with herbs to onion, continue frying for at most 1min
- Pour in tomatoes and vegetable broth
- Bring to a boil, then simmer for about 8min
- Mix with handmixer until smooth
- Add basil leaves and add salt and pepper
