Creamy Paprka Sauce

onions

cloves garlic

tomato paste
- 500

bell peppers
- 150
ml
heavy cream
- 0.5
tsp
salt
- 0.5
tsp
peper
- 1
tsp
basil
- 1
tsp
cayenne pepper (optional)
- Cut peppers in to small pieces and pan fry in oil
- Dice onion and mince garlic
- Remove peppers from heat and sautee onion for 3-5min
- Add garlic, continue sauteeing for about 30s
- Stir in tomato paste
- Add all ingredients into a mixer and mix until smooth
