Corndogs

Batter

  • 350 g corn flour
  • 300 g flour
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 0.5 Tbsp salt
  • 400 ml butter milk (regular milk works as well)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  1. Preheat frying oil to 180C
  2. Put hot dogs on shashlik sticks
  3. Mix all batter ingredients
  4. Pour batter into high glass
  5. Dunk hot dogs into batter and immediately transfer to hot oil
  6. Fry each hot dog for about 3min
