- Combine all ingredients except for the egg whites, knead into a dough and rest in the fridge for at least 1h
- Cut dough into star shapes and dry out on a baking tray for 2h (2)
- Beat egg whites until solid, slowly add powdered sugar and vanilla sugar during beating
- Preheat oven to 130C upper/lower
- Spread egg whites on the stars
- Bake for 10min then let fully cool down

(2) Make sure the cookie form is alwys kept wet so the dough does not stick
