Christmas Cookies

  1. Mix all ingredients and knead until smooth
  2. Preheat oven to 175C upper/lower heat
  3. Roll out dough and use cookie cutter to form dough into shapes
  4. Place cookies on baking tray and repeat until dough has been used up
  5. Brush cookies with egg yellow
  6. Bake for 10-12min until yellow-brown
  7. Decorate with sprinkles or icing
