- Mix all ingredients and knead until smooth
- Preheat oven to 175C upper/lower heat
- Roll out dough and use cookie cutter to form dough into shapes
- Place cookies on baking tray and repeat until dough has been used up
- Brush cookies with egg yellow
- Bake for 10-12min until yellow-brown
- Decorate with sprinkles or icing
